An abjad calculator. Type a name in Urdu, Arabic or English and it shows the Arabic-script spelling it will count, the value of every letter, and the total — then works from that total: the elements a name leans towards, the four classical frameworks, takseer, the naqsh, the planetary hours, and the verses of the Qur’an that share the number.

The letter values are the classical ones, and they are printed on the page rather than hidden: Mashriqi (ابجد هوز حطي كلمن سعفص قرشت ثخذ ضظغ) by default, Maghribi at a tap, with the convention in use stated beside every result. Every step shows its working, so the arithmetic can be checked against your own kitab instead of taken on trust.

For Ism-e-Azam it adds your name to your mother’s and looks for the Name of Allah whose value matches the total, or two Names that sum to it. It does not tell you which one is yours. More than one combination usually reaches the same number, and the tradition holds the Greatest Name to be concealed — so every candidate is shown and none is chosen.

Everything is computed in your own browser. Your name, your mother’s name and your dates are never transmitted, and there is no account to create.
